plplot-tcl software package provides Tcl/Tk support for PLplot, a plotting library, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install plplot-tcl
plplot-tcl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the plplot-tcl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep plplot-tcl *
You will get with plplot-tcl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
